Sunzen Group recently journeyed to Alibaba Headquarters in Hangzhou, China, with the aim of learning and adopting best practices for building a strong corporate culture. Led by Hangzhou BaiCheng Enterprise Management Consulting Company, the tour included top executives such as the Executive Chairman and Heads of Departments. They explored Alibaba’s campus, immersed themselves in traditional Chinese culture at Taiji Zen Garden, and attended workshops on topics ranging from charting the company direction in vision and mission to building strong teams. Armed with new insights and ideas, they left feeling inspired and ready to bring fresh energy and innovation to their work at Sunzen Group in 2024.
