Language

The business of the Sunzen Group began as a subsidiary of Pfizer, and changed its name to Sunzen Corporation in 1998 under a management buyout exercise. We assumed our present name in 2007.

Equipped with proven expertise in developing new animal health products, and leveraging on our marketing network in Malaysia and the region, we have successfully developed and marketed animal health products under the “Sunzen” brand, as below:

Veterinary pharmaceuticals
Animal vaccines
Others: Disinfectants, etc.

Our “green” products contain only natural substance without antibiotics, and are designed to enhance animals’ productivity, growth and overall health of various animal groups such as poultry, swine, goats, cattle, and companion animals.

Our products comply with international safety standards to ensure public safety. To date, our products are widely used locally as well as exported to international markets such as Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam and Thailand.

We are also the sole distributor of Pfizer animal health products to Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.

1998	Sunzen Corporation started operations in Petaling Jaya
2004	Sunzen Corporation received the Best Animal Health Provider Award 2004 from Flavour Right Sdn Bhd.
2004	Sunzen Corporation emerged the Best Animal Health Supplier Award 2004 by Yenher Agro-Products Sdn Bhd.
2005	Sunzen Corporation was named the Best Animal Health Supplier by Sin Heng Chan (East Coast) Sdn Bhd.
3 Nov 2006	Sunzen Corporation was granted Pioneer Status by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), which allows for 70% tax exemption for the production of animal feed supplement over 5 years till 31 December 2010.
23 Jul 2007	Sunzen LifeSciences was awarded BioNexus status by the Malaysian Biotechnology Corporation.
2007	Sunzen Corporation was named the Outstanding Animal Health Provider 2007 by Livestock Asia and the Department of Veterinary Services, Malaysia
31 Mar 2008	Sunzen Biotech received approval from Securities Commission to list on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
2008	Sunzen Biotech’s R&D findings on Orgacids titled ‘To evaluate the effects of feeding organic and inorganic acids blend on growth performance and digestibility nutrient of fed different concentration of crude protein diets of broiler’ was accepted for presentation at the World Poultry Science Congress 2008 in Brisbane Australia.
